1. Why doesn't the software always show all the odds after I've clicked "fetch odds"?
Answer: Exotabet fetches odds from Betfair. If the odds on Betfair are SP then some of the legs will not have odds. The software is entirely dependent on betfair and consequently has a manual function allowing you to enter the odds for the legs that are missing. Just close the odds screen. Go back to the first screen, click manually enter odds and then th odds screen will pop up again with the missing legs and enter the odds from your favorite odds site. Alternativly if you have your own short-listed slections just go to options-edit FBO distibution-and the cursor will jump to the odds distribution screen. Enter your selections for the various legs up to three singles. It may take you 15 minutes to enter the oddds but its worth it.
2. WIll I definitely win the pick 6 if I buy the software?
Answer: Winning comes from understanding the underlying odds of the pick 6, selecting a sufficient number of contenders, working out the pay-off value, having a bankroll and playing when you have an edge i.e you have an outstanding single or two, have definite views about most of the races. It is a combination of several factors. Many punters have most of the winners in the pick 6 legs but they don't hold a winning ticket in the end. Constructing optimal tickets is as important as finding the right horses to play. And finding the right horses means throwing in runners that may have a chance which increases the cost. This is where multi-ticket playing slashes the cost because you group horses together of equal probability and mix in mid-priced runners and longer shorts in other legs.
3. What about the pick 4? Can I use Exotabet for that too?
Yes, of course. You just single two legs and use the generated tickets as your pick 4 tickets. The pick 4 is of course easier to win and is probably the bet many should be playing instead of the pick 6 which has longer losing streaks and therefore affects the bankroll more drastically.
4. Do you provide any tipping service?
